  How do you review something that was not completely experienced. On 11/4/16 at about 3 pm, we entered and we're seated promptly. After looking at the menus and deciding what our orders would be, we waited to be approached by a server to take our drink order or to at least let us know they will be with us shortly. The restaurant was filled to maybe 40-50% capacity so it was not busy. The server never came to us, a manager was nowhere to be found, and no one would address us. We got up to leave and no one stopped us, they saw us made eye contact but never came to ask why we were leaving or to apologize. It looked like they were happy to see us get up and leave. The whole experience was bizarre. I had been to this same location before and had average service, but it really bottomed out this time.

  Love their food! Had BBQ spare ribs and the BBQ brisket. Delish. And the service was fast!
